How credits move
Email and Telegram each use 1 credit per recipient. SMS will use a variable amount based on destination country and is coming soon. You are charged only when a message is delivered.

Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits never expire. Use them at your own pace.
Can I switch between tiers?

How much does SMS cost?
SMS pricing varies by destination country because carrier fees differ worldwide. When SMS launches, the exact per-recipient credit cost will be shown before you send. SMS is not available yet.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. KeepMPosted is pay as you go. Buy credits once and use them whenever you need them.
What if I run out of credits mid-send?
We reserve the estimated credits before a message is queued. Only provider-confirmed deliveries are charged, so failed recipients do not reduce your balance.
Do you offer refunds?
Purchases are generally final except where law requires otherwise or a duplicate or erroneous charge occurred. Review the Terms or contact support.
